Το σύστημα εμπορικής διαιτησίας στην Τουρκία
Abstract
This paper is a brief presentation of the international commercial arbitration system in Turkey. The text analyzes the legal framework applicable in cases of either national or international commercial arbitration, citing the legal system in Turkey and the International Conventions adopted by the State in its domestic legislation. Further, the text illustrates the types of commercial arbitration agreements who can meet in Turkish legislation, the application of Turkish Code of Civil Procedure on commercial arbitration and the organization of the commercial arbitration in national and international disputes and the arbitral adjudications.
