Focus and scope
The journal publishes scientific papers, book reviews and opinions in the fields of the Geographic Analytic Method of Geopolitics, as well as of the Geostrategic Science, in relation to National Defence, Diplomacy, Languages and Cultures, International and Public Law, Human Rights, the Environment, Modern Technologies, Energy and Transport, Crisis Management, Risk Management, Organisation and Administration, Operational Research and Economics in the international Geographic Economic, Social and Political Space.
Submissions
Short Papers, of no more than 5,000 words (including an informative abstract of about 200 words in the language of the paper and in English, up to 8 keywords, as well as footnotes and references) will receive expedited review by at least two reviewers. Authors whose papers are accepted are expected to submit final versions, complying with the correction(s) and suggestion(s) of the reviewers and/or the editorial board, within four weeks of notification.
Long Papers, exceeding 5,000 words will receive standard review. These submissions should normally not exceed 12,000 words (including an informative abstract of about 250 words in the language of the paper and in English, up to 10 keywords, as well as endnotes and references). Authors whose papers are accepted are expected to submit final versions, complying with the correction(s) and suggestion(s) of the reviewers and/or the editorial board, within six weeks of notification. Papers related to theoretical research or elaborating on already existing theory may be included in a special, "Theoretical Approaches" section. Such contributions should clearly define the scientific methodology adopted, in the introduction.
Book Reviews section: Includes book reviews, or suggestion for reviews. For submissions, please contact the Journal Editor. Publishers may also submit two copies of books for review directly to the postal address of the journal. Letters to the Editor: This section includes statements of opinion on issues relevant to the readership, as well as discussions on previously published contributions. Submissions may not exceed 500 words. The Editor and the editorial board will evaluate the appropriateness of these contributions for inclusion.
